Women’s Mt. Bachelor Bike Park Meetup
Saturday, August 13th, 2022 @ 9:45 am
| FreeEvent Navigation

Hey ladies, come explore your local bike park with the Pine Mountain Sports Women’s MTB Program! Whether it’s your first time taking your bike on a chairlift, or you’re a seasoned bike park veteran, we want you to join us for a day of riding bikes at Mt. Bachelor! We’ll meet outside the Mt. Bachelor ticket office at 9:45A and be ready to roll at 10A. We’ll have some of our women’s ride ambassadors there to help us all become familiar with the park, no matter your skill level…
Nervous Beginners: This group will stick to green runs and work on building confidence as well as getting familiar with the bike park.
Bold Beginners: This group will begin on green runs, but may be more confident and willing to venture to introductory blue runs after warming up.
Intermediates: This group is ready for blue runs and has confidence in Bike Park already.
Shredders: This group is able to ride most everything at Bike Park and is looking to find the shredder friends of their dreams!
We highly recommend a full face helmet, knee pads, and – of course – appropriate riding shoes. The bike park is more fun on mountain bikes with at least 5-6 inches of travel, but all bikes are welcome. Gear can be rented from Mt. Bachelor if you get there early. Ladies, if you haven’t been to the bike park yet, this is your invitation to come ride it with us!
Our meetup is free, but you must have a pass for the Bike Park. Day passes can be purchased at Mt. Bachelor the morning of our ride. If you have questions about the event call or email WomensMTB@PineMountainSports.com
RSVP is required as space is limited to 20 riders in order to maintain a 4 or 5 to 1 ratio of Bike Park guides for each of our ride groups. Please call Pine Mountain Sports at 541-385-8080 to put your name on our list.
NOTE: This meetup begins up at the Mt Bachelor Bike Park ticket office. The Mt. Bachelor Gravicross race is happening the same day so the parking lot will be busy – give yourself plenty of time to drive up from town, get your lift ticket, and be outside the doors of the Mt Bachelor Bike Park ticket office (inside the pro shop) with your bike and ready to ride.
