This presentation is an event that is part of Pine Mountain Sports’ Women’s MTB Program.
“Come learn about fueling your body on the trail. We’ll cover how to match your nutrition to your unique female physiology, and maximize your riding!”
Doors open at 6:45 pm, presentation starts at 7:00 pm.
This event is Free, however we are still asking for RSVP’s as space is limited. You will receive an e-ticket from Eventbrite once you have booked. No need to bring this to the Event.
