As Female MTBers we play hard, which means we have to recover hard & take care of our bodies after long days on the trail. Just like we maintain our bike throughout the season, we need to do things to maintain our body to prevent injuries, crush bigger features & longer rides and so we can ride for the next 20, 30, 40 years! This workshop will cover some day to day and week to week body maintenance (mobility work) plus some strength training techniques that you can incorporate from home to get strong & stay strong through the season!
This is a Women’s only event with attendance capped at 25 people.
