Pine Mountain Sports is hiring bike techs!

One of the busiest and best bicycle and ski service departments in Central Oregon is looking for an exceptional bicycle mechanic to be a part of our amazing team.

We are looking for nothing less than a very experienced bicycle mechanic with a solid resume and references. We need a person that can do suspension overhauls and disc brake bleeds in their sleep, and who can work their way thru several tune-ups and fork overhauls in a day. You’ll need to be motivated and extremely detail oriented – and work well within our team of experienced bike techs to make sure that work gets done. Everything you touch should exceed our, and our customers, expectations.

Wheel building and experience with skis (waxing, mounting, tuning) is a definite plus.

Pine Mountain Sports is serious about mountain bikes! We’re the only Trek dealer in the world that only stocks mountain bikes. Plus, we’re the biggest and best single-location Santa Cruz & Juliana dealer in the US. That said, our service department also works on everything from road bikes to hand-cycles. Oh, and lots and lots of skis.

Pine Mountain Sports summer internships!

The purpose of our Intern Program is to introduce young Men and Women, who have an interest in mountain bikes, to their first job. Candidates must be between 13-16 years old and be able to commit to 1-2 days per week 1P-6:30P starting in mid-June and going through the end of August.

Candidates are encouraged to apply between March 1 and April 15. (The 2019 application window has closed.) Candidate interviews will begin in early April. Candidates accepted into the intern program can expect to be notified in May. Interns first team meeting and training happen early June and will start work mid June.
